The impressive performance of the 4 Ohm HS-12ME speaker maintains a 92db SPL @ 1w1m, 40 to 19,000 Hz ± 3db as measured in an average room.  The ability of our speaker to endure an RMS rating of 80 watts continuous (25 min – 300 max) only typifies the quality and precision that goes into the

HARDWOOD SOUND products are designed and built to provide a high level of trouble-free performance. HARDWOOD SOUND warrants to the original consumer purchaser this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. HARDWOOD SOUND will replace by direct exchange any defective speaker less than two years old, measured from the sales date of the speaker to the return date. This courtesy of replacement by direct exchange only applies to speaker that have not been abused or misused. Please check with HARDWOOD SOUND to find out whether your speaker is eligible for a direct exchange, which is determined by the sales date on the receipt.

There is a required maintenance (for saltwater applications) to extend the life and sound of the speaker; At least twice a year, remove from enclosure and submerge entire speaker in clear, clean water to remove salt residue. Only requires a minute or two but will protect your investment.

Receipts are necessary for all warranty work, so please file them appropriately.

This warranty does not cover any expense incurred in the removal and re-installation of this product.

This warranty does not apply to any HARDWOOD SOUND speaker damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, improper line voltage, fire, lightening, or other acts of GOD, or any parts furnished by anyone other than HARDWOOD SOUND. This is the complete warranty by HARDWOOD SOUND, and no other expressed warranty is valid against HARDWOOD SOUND. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you.
